8.0The place is under new management who offered a warm welcome, a clean room, done up the place as best they could. The place still has a few issues from being taken over eg shower not draining well and a new mattress due but the new team are trying hard to make a go of it and are trying to make good.

10.0The landlord and landlady are so helpful and lovely our room was clean and the bathroom clean also great shower great place to stay especially if you are visiting newton abbot race course. Thankyou so much to the landlord and landlady
