10.0Everything was perfect from check-in to check out. Amazing staff, wonderful breakfast. Location is also perfect, only a couple of minutes walk from the train/bus station.

10.0Loved the whole Palazzo Scotto experience. From the moment we were welcomed at the door (for an unfortunately late check-in) to the pleasant goodbye on check-out. The staff at front-of-house always greeted us with a smile and everyone was alway willing to help with questions about location, travel, our stay etc. The room was exceptional, a mix of traditional and modern. Bright and airy, quiet air-con, cleaned daily if required, fresh towels, mini-bar restocked with a nice choice of drinks. Our balcony although a little small had the most amazing view over the roofs of Trulli's and a great view of the Church Of Saints. A nice relaxing garden partially covered in a plush grapevine. The evening meal we had in the restaurant was exceptional and the staff were so professional. We particularly enjoyed being greeted and served breakfast by Giuseppe the morning.

Extraordinarily friendly staff, lovely hotel in great location
10.0A beautiful hotel in a beautiful town. 4 of us touring on bikes. We received such a friendly greeting, immediately making us feel very welcome. We had dinner in the restaurant which was not only excellent food, but fantastic service. We stayed in a refurbished trulli house which opened on to the garden area which was delightful. Breakfast was also excellent. The staff could not have been more helpful. Highly recommended.
