Sehr bequeme Matratze, bezaubernder Eingangsbereich, tolles, umfangreiches Frühstücksangebot, es gab auf Nachfrage sogar koffeinfreien Kaffee

− Die Buchung von 2 Zimmern über Booking lief leider nicht reibungslos, es gab nur für ein Zimmer eine Buchungsbestätigung, nur eine Kurkarte, nur eine Willkommensnachricht, für das zweite Zimmer musste alles erfragt werden, Zimmer Nr. 4 war leider sehr dunkel durch gegenüberliegendes Gebäude und nur indirekte Beleuchtung, keine Ablage neben dem Bett für Handy und Fernbedienung, keine Ablage für Kosmetiktasche im Bad, keine Haken im Wohnbereich für Jacke, Handtuchhaken im Bad zu tief, Handtuch schleift auf Boden, zum Safe gab es beim Check-in keine Info, im Zimmer war kein Safeschlüssel, nach unnötiger Suche musste man wieder, wie bei der Buchung, selbst aktiv werden, um das zu klären, auf Nachfrage gab es den Schlüssel nur an der Rezeption, als Fengshui Liebhaber war ich entsetzt über den riesigen eckigen Spiegel direkt neben dem Bett, absolut unharmonisch und nicht entspannend, zum Glück konnte ich ihn mit Handtüchern zuhängen, das wäre sonst keine erholsame Nacht geworden, bei meiner Begleitung im anderen Zimmer, wurden abends die Kissen und Polster der Outdoor Möbel vor das Zimmer gelegt, da fühlte man sich wie in einer Abstellkammer, in Summe war dieser Besuch trotz tollem Frühstück enttäuschend, wir werden nicht wieder kommen.

− De kamer was verschrikkelijk heet. Een ventilator moest dit oplossen, maar dat lukte nauwelijks. Raam open hielp niet, want er was geen trek.
