10.0O café da manhã foi muito bom, a tranquilidade foi perfeita.
− Limpeza do banheiro no 2° dia.
Muito aquém do esperado: ou abaixa o preço ou melhora algumas comodidades básicas.
3.0Local é bonito, boa vista e espaço agradável.
− Para um quarto que custou mais de mil reais (200 dólares) a diária, achei inadmissível não ter um aquecedor (frio de 4 graus) num quarto com muitas frestas e pouco vedado. Também algumas tomadas não funcionaram, e TV estava sem som na hora do jogo da Copa. Café da manhã razoável, porém também achei inadmissível (estou comparando com outros hotéis de 200 ou mais dólares a diária) economizarem na manteiga (somente tinha margarina no café da manhã). Por fim o banho bem básico com chuveiro água fraca e aquecimento elétrico (aquele mais básico que existe), sendo que um dos 3 quartos que aluguei para meu grupo não estava aquecendo bem e as pessoas vieram tomar banho nos outros 2 quartos.

10.0Gostamos de praticamente tudo, a localização é ótima, os funcionarios são muito competentes e atenciosos, tanto na recepção quanto nos demais departamentos do hotel, foi muito prazeroso ficar hospedado no Varandas do Sol. Retornaremos, com certeza.
− Na verdade não é que não gostamos, mas, fica uma sugestão de, no caso da TV no chalé, o hospede poder ter acesso às suas plataformas de streaming como netflix, amazon, disney plus, etc.
