I liked the pool on the roof, the breakfast was AMAZING and the staff were lovely. Really enjoyable place to stay and nice and central to walk around town. Would definitely go again, also super class to water bomb!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was far below the standard I expected. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The shower was covered with visible mold, which is not only unpleasant but also raises serious hygiene and health concerns. During our stay, the towels were never replaced, despite being used for several days. In addition, the room did not include a refrigerator, and we were required to pay an extra fee to have one, which was unexpected and inconvenient. The customer service was equally disappointing. Most staff members appeared unfriendly and unwilling to assist, making us feel unwelcome rather than valued guests. We also asked about using the swimming pool. Around 5:00 p.m., my son was excited to enjoy it, only to find that it was already closed, which was frustrating and disappointing for our family. Finally, the laundry service was excessively expensive compared with similar hotels and offered poor value for money. Overall, this stay did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness, hospitality, or guest experience. I sincerely hope the management takes these issues seriously, improves its standards, and ensures that future guests do not have the same disappointing experience. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect and close to many restaurants and shops. The room was good for 1 nights stay, 2 at the most. Breakfast had a few good choices. The rooftop pool is good although many of the tiles have come loose and are sitting at the bottom of the pool.

− We've stayed at Fave Hotel 3 times in transit and all of the negative points in the other reviews still exist. The mould smell still exists, the noise of the cleaning staff in the corridors still exist, the stench in the rooftop toilets near the pool still exists. As convenient as it is we thought that this would be a good place to use a somewhere to stay if you fly in late or if you're in transit but the mould is a big issue. The room is a good size for an overnight stay however there is no bar fridge in the room to store bottles of water or other drinks. No smart TV. No additional pillows. The main issue is that the bathroom has mould which smells in the room. On our last stay there was also water damage in the roof of the corridor on the 5th floor which also pushed the mould smell through the aircon. Mould is very dangerous and harmful to your health. There's a decent choice of food for breakfast but a lot of guests just leave the lids open so the food is pretty much cold. The staff should be on to this and close the lids to keep the food warm. The staff are great but the cleanliness lets the place down. Fave hotel could be a great little place to stay if you're on a budget but for if you want to stay in good health then it's not worth it. For the sake of your health I would honestly advise to stay somewhere else.
