We had a nice stay.
10.0Location and breakfast.
− They must just change the floor. House keeping ladies please take your time when you are cleaning the rooms.
The stay was perfect
8.0The location is perfect; it's 2 min away from the centre and CBD. The property was super clean, with the heater working properly, given that PMB can be extremely cold.
− The TV was not working; I had to watch the FIFA 2026 edition on my mobile device, crazy. During my last day, in the morning, when taking a shower, the water would go off for 2 min, and then come back.

6.0The staff was so welcoming they made sure everything went smooth throughout my stay and then shout out to this guy in the reception Thabiso Zulu he gave us the best service in there.
− The Room I got was nothing like Rooms in your advertisements I was a bit disappointed 😞
