Okay but the World Cup was a big deal.

− A lot of sand in garage making it slippery for motorcycles.

8.0the room was large, nice lake view, good air conditioning, good shower. nice outdoor balcony. clean. the staff were super friendly throughout - from cleaners to counter staff to servers. location is perfect. free parking is a bonus. no direct beach access but it's less than 4 minutes away to the public access. and the room rate is "very" reasonable given the location, time of year, etc.
− room is dark because of the patio's overhanging design. quite poor soundproofing (wooden structure? you can hear a lot of movement in the rooms above). the tiny fridge was a bit peculiar, with some issues on being on (at all) or cold enough. THERE IS NO SAFE in the room, and we didn't find a hair dryer, either.
