No water, no electricity
2.0The hotel lost electricity and water for 6 hours during our stay, with no resolution nor any option was given. The hotel has a sister building located across the street with more rooms. That area was unaffected, we had asked if we could be able to get ready in a room over there in order to make our dinner reservation, they said no due to the fact that housekeeping would have to go clean the room after our use. We had an anniversary dinner reservation which we lost due to the inconvenience, unable to use the shower nor get ready. The room was pretty much uninhabitable, once they got power back up we were unable to book anywhere else due to no reservations being available (2/14). Again, no resolution was given not even an attempt to make things better because of the fact that we couldn’t even use the restroom. Very disappointed would not recommend nor would stay here again.

6.0Everything about the hotel was nice, the staff were helpful, the location is perfect. However we had a difficult time figuring out where to check-in. A clear instruction email should be sent out in English to clarify the location for check-in. The hotel is advertised as Mikaella, but the sign is different. We asked people but no one knew. Do not book this hotel if you like to sleep in. It is impossible to sleep after 6:00 a..m. There is construction going with very loud banging and drilling. The workers come in early, they have to keep knocking to be let in. During the day it is very loud, so there is no way one can relax. Remember that you'll be charged for the coffee that is in the room.

8.0Habitación muy pequeña, solo es para dormir y descansar, y la amenidades en el último piso son agradables. Pero es muy difícil desposarse dentro de la habitación
