Trotz der kleinen Unannehmlichkeiten war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.
7.0Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft und die schöne Lage. Auch unser Hund war herzlich willkommen, was für uns ein großer Pluspunkt war. Zudem hat sich der Vermieter bzw. das Team bei auftretenden Problemen zeitnah gekümmert, was wir sehr geschätzt haben.
− Einige Punkte haben den Aufenthalt jedoch etwas beeinträchtigt. Am Vormittag kam es regelmäßig zu Lärm durch den Hausmeister, beispielsweise durch Laubbläser oder Hochdruckreiniger. Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas ergänzt werden – eine kleine Schale für Müsli oder ähnliche Speisen hat uns gefehlt. Außerdem hat die Spülmaschine das Geschirr nicht immer gründlich gereinigt. Verbrauchsmaterialien wie Müllbeuteln, Küchenrolle und Toilettenpapier für die Dauer des Aufenthalts gewünscht. So mussten wir hierfür mehrfach nachfragen.

10.0Molto cordiali, bellissimo appartamento, bel fresco, ordinati e profumato... Ci ritornerò sicuro!
Prima verblijf in een mooie omgeving met vele bezienswaardigheden te bezichtigen met de auto op niet te verre afstand.
10.0De mooie rustige ligging met een mooi zwembad en uitzicht op het Garda meer, het meer was op 200 meter te voet te bereiken.
− De temperatuur regeling moet beter.

9.0Posizione ottima fuori da Sirmione per un po’ di tranquillità, bella passeggiata lungolago appena fuori dalla villa. Avere la piscina appena fuori dall’appartamento è bellissimo ed era tranquillo. L’appartamento è molto confortevole e ha tutto quello che serve!
− Non eravamo abituati al raffreddamento a pavimento quindi ci vogliono sempre le ciabatte (fornite). Abbiamo giocato con la bambina fuori visto le belle giornate, per terra in casa non sarebbe stato possibile. Non è negativo, è solo una nota.

6.0La personne qui vient entretenir est fort agréable. La climatisation efficace.
− Par contre, la gestion à distance par une agence est calamiteuse. Douche extérieure en panne plusieurs jours, très inconfortable par cette canicule. Parasol cassé. Pas de vue sur le lac (depuis notre appartement à ce prix là!), alors qu'elle était annoncée. Distance de Sirmione nécessitant un moyen de transport. L es équipements de la cuisine en défaut : pas de cafetière italienne, ni électrique, mais une à capsules. Pas de micro-onde.
