Wonderful stay akways at Home 2 Suites Hasbrouk Heights
10.0We have been going to Home 2 suites in Hasbrouk Heights New Jersey for many years as Hilton Honors customers. We have always felt safe in this hotel. Safety is very important. The hotel is always clean, decor is beautiful, the breakfast is akways excellent. There are many amenities , ice machines, laundry,outside patio fire pit and a convince snack/ grocery shop. Elevators are always ckean and safe. Most of all the staff is excellent, rooms are always clean and the housekeeping staff is friendly. Importantly, the reception are wonderful and staff always makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. All of the front desk staff are excellent. One of the front desk staff consistently stands out. This person is a young ladiy named Javi. She is akways friendly to everyone, patient answers questions and is extremely helpful. I truly appreciate her sincere kindness. My husband and I stayed at this location constantly during February through April due to a family medical emergency in NYC. Javi made this difficult time much easier,just by her kindness. Truly appreciated. Sabrina Moore
Excellent for traveling with pets. Spacious rooms that were mostly soundproof. Comfortable beds too!
