No es mala opción para viajar con los amigos. La casa es muy espaciosa, tiene muchas habitaciones y cuartos de baño y la zona es muy tranquila. La piscina y el jardín es un espacio muy disfrutable cuando hace bueno. La casa, pese a que el interior se nota que tiene muchos años, esta bien conservada. Está relativamente cerca de La Laguna (10 minutos) y Santa Cruz (15 minutos) en coche.

− La casa tiene un problema serio de humedad. Entiendo que la zona de por si es humeda y que sin una obra importante es muy dificil solucionarlo, pero olvidate de que se te sequen las toallas. Es verdad que hay ciempiés (en relación con comentarios anteriores), pero son pequeños, no causan molestia y están sobre todo en el exterior (y si estás mucho tiempo con las ventanas abiertas de la planta baja abiertas, evidentementevan a entrar). Hay una persona que aparca el coche en el garaje de la vivienda; No es algo que molestó a ninguno de mis compañeros, ni tuvimos ningún problema a raiz de esto, pero se vende la casa entera como privada cuando hay personas ajenas rondando por ahi.

Me gustó la localización y la calma

− La plaga de gusanos y las ratas que había en la vivienda, las instalaciones muy antiguas y descuidadas, la instalación eléctrica en algunos lugares no funcionaba.

Villa Cienpiés

La casa es enorme y espaciosa.

− La casa está infestada de cienpiés, cientos de ellos, por paredes, suelos, baños y techos, se nos caían encima mientras comíamos. No hay lavadora. La barbacoa cubierta no tiene salida de humos y estuvimos tragando humo mientras cocinábamos.

− No habría enseres fundamentales como sacacorchos ,abrebotellas , solo funcionaban dos fuegos de. La cocina., el agua de algunos cuartos de baño se iba cada dos por tres ....

Belle maison d'hôte, bien placé pour randonner dans Anaga, très bon petit dej. Piscine qui invite à la baignade, hélas un peu fraîche (mais la mer n'est pas loin !)

La casa è fantastica, peccato per l'alto grado di umidità. C'è stato qualche contrattempo (è saltata la luce e l'impianto di riscaldamento si è bloccato di conseguenza e non è stato possibile riattivarlo) però Ines la ragazza che badava alla casa si è prodigata per risolvere i problemi. Se l'obiettivo è fare trekking la casa è vicina al parco di Anaga
