A limpeza no hotel todo não estava adequada (quarto, banheiro área de alimentação). O banheiro foi o local com mais problemas, pois além de falhas na limpeza, a pia entupia.

It was impossible to sleep because they have a generator running next to my window all night. I asked for another room they told me they don't have and they sorry... I was able to sleep at all that night

The hotel is one elevator away from the Shopping Tamboré -very convenient. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was delicious - typical of Brazilian hotels with rolls, Brazilian cheese bread, cold cuts, fruits, yogurt, cereal, juices and coffee. One issue I had (and that seems to be a common feature in Brazilian hotels) is that they do not have a room that accommodates a family of 4. I had to book 2 rooms for 2 adults and 2 kids. They were able to give us the rooms next to each other, though. And they gave the second room for half the price - some sort of "family deal."

Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information.
