A casa bem limpinha, com utensílios de cozinha, lençóis de cama e toalhas de banho disponíveis, quartos com ar condicionado, área externa com duas piscinas limpinha com churrasqueira ao lado.

− Chuveiro de um dos quartos não estava funcionando muito bem e a sala não possui ar condicionado, como é uma região de muito calor mesmo com dois ventiladores a parte de baixo ainda fica muito quente

O condomínio, a localização e a estrutura do apto são excelentes.

− Os ventiladores não estão funcionando bem. Os aparelhos de ar condicionado precisam de manutenção tbm. A simpatia da moça da recepção tbm poderia melhorar, bem como o comprometimento com a prestação de serviço de limpeza.
