Not quite what we expect out of a newer hotel.
6.0Accessible and a decent price
− It seemed like a thrown together construction. Floors were un level, no air conditioning in the hallways to rooms. The pool was not well maintained with green stuff growing in it and turbid water. The grounds outside were not well maintained. Birds eating out of full garbage cans and scattering trash around the grounds.
Stay here at your own peril
2.0Basically a motel. Definitely not 3 stars by any stretch of imagination. Looks good on the outside but really worn out on the inside. First room smelled like medicine. First night we were awaken by the AC making loud banging noises. Mind you I sleep in ear plugs. It was like someone parked a truck in our room. After a while it stopped. Next morning asked to be moved to a different room. Second room had strong musty odor. Probably mold or mildew. Asked housekeeping for a can of scent refresher and sprayed the whole room. Gym had broken equipment, no water or towels. More importantly it did not have a working AC just a portable fan. It's Oklahoma in August. The temps are between 100-105 F and you are on a treadmill and all you have is a fan... Avoid at all costs.

it was fine for the time we were there.
7.0everything was fine- we checked in late in the evening and had to leave early
− the linens- the sheets were very stiff/scratchy- not a comfortable sleep- laundering and bleach had taken its toll on the fabric in my opinion
Dirty Room
2.0Dirty room. Hair in the sheets, in the bathroom sink, & in the shower. I needed to scoot the nightstand out to plug in my charger & it was absolutely filthy under there!! Chipped paint on walls gave the room a dingy feel. Will never stay here again when visiting our daughter at OU. We stayed the following night at the Hampton in Norman & had a great experience so definitely avoid this place.
