− Kotor. Sudah buat booking dapat msg dari hotel cakap confirmed tapi dalam perjalanan nak ke hotel saya terima call cakap bilik dah jual dekat orang lain. Saya bising-busing mereka tukar bilik lain yang kotor pintu toilet pecah tercabut dan pecah, tv tiada siaran.. Mereka tukar bilik yang lain tapi toiletnya kotor juga, ada panty liner yang lama kotor terselit bawah sinkin. TV signal kejap ok kejap tak ok rambut bertaburan di lantai.
