Well situated. Very clean. Free hot drinks . Friendly staff and helpful (for the most part)

Everything was very clean. The Manager was very helpful and kind. I was able to leave my baggage the day I checked out. Charge my phone. Bathroom was completely adequate with free products. Small fan in room. Small & quiet garden out the back where you can sit. Breakfast was tasty (full english) - it was good for the price. Book exchange.

− The stairs with a heavy suitcase - 3 floors and in the heat. Could have better signage for the 2 sides of the building and for the room numbers on each floor. Single bed was very small. Scaffolding outside the building came right up to my window. Did not feel safe leaving window open at night, One of the serving staff at breakfast, she spoke badly, both to the clients and the other staff. The others were adorable, Young person that checked me in just said I was on the 3rd floor. Did not show me the room, did not say there was another side of the building for the rooms. I ended up dragging my suitcase up and down the stairs trying to find my room, which ended up being on the other side.... after a long day and in the heat, it was the last thing I needed at my age.

− La camera al piano -1 , il fatto che non si possano aprire bene le finestre, quindi in camera era molto caldo. Pulizia scuti. Un solo asciugamano per tre persone. Colazione niente di che.

The location and very friendly staff. Old school interiors, which I found charming. Nice bonus to have breakfast included!

− The room was pretty hot but the window was easy to open, and they provided a fan so I managed to get comfortable.

Really great hotel in a fabulous location. Its tucked away from the busy area so you have some peace and quite and yet it's close enough to restaurants, shops, buses, tubes etc. The staff were lovely and have great recommendations of what to do. The room is small, but laid out in a way that it doesn't feel too small. A fan is provided for the hot summer days. There's a stunning waterstones a few meters away. Breakfast was a typical English breakfast. They offer bag storage too which helped with touring once you have checked out or need to check in earlier.

− Nothing. It gave me everything I needed for a weekend stay in London. The only thing missing is maybe having a small kettle in the room for tea and coffee. You can get some downstairs, but it would be a nice touch adding that to the rooms.

Everything was just perfect except the size of the rooms - but I knew that. Absolutely a place to stay more times in the future!

La ubicación...a pie a St. Pancras internacional. A picadillis Circus..incluso al Big Ben.

− Lugar de desayuno muy cerrado. Living de espera algo incómodo. Recepción muy de entre casa para ser que cobran por hotel. Frigobar no hay
