Muy buena ubicación del hotel, a un par de cuadras del metro y de El Paseo de la Reforma El desayuno es completo y variado Tienen café y agua disponible todo el día. El internet fue perfecto para trabajar durante la mañana. Muy linda la decoración del hotel, gran atención al detalle.

Excelente ubicación para el CAS

La ubicación es excelente, en nuestro caso fuimos a cita en el CAS Centro de Atención a Solicitantes de Visa Americana, por lo tanto pudimos llegar caminando en 15-20 min, evitando el tráfico de la CDMX.
− Tuvimos la mala experiencia que las sabanas estaban manchadas como por mucho uso, así como las fundas de las almohadas y la cobija que dan, olían a que no estaban bien lavadas. La limpieza en las habitaciones debe mejorar, había partes en el suelo que se veían sucias y descuidadas. Lo peor fue que el clima fallo a las 1am y comenzó a tirar agua, por lo tanto se tuvo que apagar y pasamos mala noche con mucho calor, ya que el cuarto esta sellado y no hay ventanas.
