Love the staff but the facility was lacking based off the posting.

− The pool wasn’t working. I requested a king size room and got a queen. Breakfast was a 20 minute wait because the guy was doing everything. Waffle mix wasn’t available.

3.0Booked into RM 401 when we entered there were empty bottles a pizza box and the bed sheets were wrapped up in a pile. Then room 301 and the tv wouldn't work. Won't be staying at Hampton again.

We stayed at 3 different hotels on our trip and enjoyed this one the most.
10.0We needed an outlet on each side of the bed for our C-Pap machines. The front desk and manager were very accommodating in making that happen.
− We were moved to a handicap room and didn't realize the drapes opened with a push of a button so the rod came down. The manager got it fixed immediately.
