1.0لايوجد شئ أعجبني
− الغرف غير نظيفة الفرش رائحته سيئة ولم يتغير والأثاث متهالك لاتوجد بلاعة في الحمام بل ماسورة تخرج منها صراصير وقمت بإبلاغ مدير الفندق ولم يتم غلقها.. التليفزيون لا يعمل والطعام سيئ وكميات قليلة ولا توجد مياه وقت الاكل المياة بفلوس.. منطقة الانتظار في الريسيبشن رائحتها سيئة لانها بجوار المطبخ .. لايوجد واى فاى.. التجربة منتهى السوء ويعتبر اسوأ فندق دخلته وقمت بالرحيل مبكرا قبل انتهاء موعد المغادرة.

− عدم وجود مكان مخصص للأطفال kids area. قنوات ال TV قليلة واشارة ضعيفة. عدم وجود Wi-Fi في الغرف. تكييف الريسبشن سيء. ادوات الترفيه بالريسبشن لا تعمل أو سيئة. أبواب الغرف والحمامات خشبية من نوع رديء. عدم وجود تليفون داخلي بالغرف.
