− Un po’ di rumore dall’autostrada. Con le finestre aperte entrano le zanzare. Una zanzariera per le finestre non è un costo ma un servizio.

Una de las pocas cosas positivas fue la piscina, bonita y limpia. Qué pena que hasta eso nos arruinaron con sus comentarios incesantes. El personal estaba todo el tiempo diciéndoles a mis hijos todo lo que no podían hacer. Ni saltar, ni jugar al balón, ni comer. Ni estar en la piscina porque llovía un poquito. Y con un tono muy desagradable. Hemos estado en muchos hoteles en muchas partes del mundo y nunca hemos tenido una experiencia tan negativa.
− Lo peor fue la actitud del personal como ya lo mencioné. Nos hicieron sentir que no éramos bienvenidos, al parecer no les gustan los niños ni los adolescentes. A los clientes no se les habla con ese tono. Es algo que nunca había visto antes. Las reglas son demasiado estrictas para todo. La piscina no siempre abre cuando debería estar abierta. En la habitación, lo peor es la falta de nevera y de cepillo del baño. El sistema de la ducha es muy complicado para obtener una temperatura correcta. No hay aire acondicionado. Por la noche nos resultó muy complicado poder dormir por el calor. Hay polvo acumulado bajo las camas y manchas en las paredes. El servicio de limpieza es muy mediocre. Cada pocos días olvidan añadir papel higiénico o toallas limpias. En la web del hotel anuncian servicio de lavandería, así que contábamos con ello, y resulta que en verano no lo hacen! Increíble. Se trata de publicidad engañosa. El desayuno es muy, pero que muy básico y repetitivo. Los yogures son incomibles. Nada para la gente que hace dieta o quiere comer de forma saludable. La chica del desayuna no sabe sonreír. Estábamos en el edificio donde se encuentra la cafetería y eso es un problema para la gente que tiene el sueño ligero, porque te despiertan con el ruido de las sillas, de los cubiertos y de las voces. La puerta del cuarto de baño no cierra (en las dos habitaciones que compartíamos). Fue una experiencia muy pésima. Les aconsejamos que sigan su camino y no reserven allí.
