Расположение в центре города, красивый вид из окна.
− Бронировала трёхместный номер с тремя отдельными односпальными краватями, а поселили в номер с 2-х спальной краватью и раскладушка.

− Měl jsem zaplacené 2 pokoje a dostal jen jeden bez předešlého upozornění. Netekla teplá voda. Nikdo nebyl ochotný toto řešit. Ať si to vyřídím přes booking. Tam byla paní operátorka velice překvapena a vše je v řešení s hotelem. Čekám na vrácení peněz za nedodaný zaplacený pokoj, bohužel hotel nehodlá spolupracovat. Naprostá ignorace z jejich strany. Několikrát zavěsily, že to řešit v ten den nebudou( ikdyž hosté neměli pokoj) . První 2 dny dali náhradní ubytování, další dny už jen jeden pokoj. Pak jsme se vystěhovali a našli jiný hotel. V tomto se nedalo. Slíbili vrácení peněz. Pokud se jich dočkám, nevím.
