− Language barrier Massages were on bed and not the best. Very hard to book them and ended up cancelling on some massages we actually wanted due to not understanding our English :( then again it’s our fault.

7.0We stayed overnight at Sta. Barbara Residence Hotel in a 3-bedroom unit, and overall we had a good experience. The apartment was a great size and very comfortable for our family. The service was great, and the staff were helpful during our stay.
− The hotel is a bit dated, and the shower area could use a little more cleaning, especially along the siding. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay and worked well for what we needed.

6.0I always enjoy interacting with the wonderful staff, including the security staff. And it is pleasant that after two years, one of the security guards is still working there.
− the bathroom floods in the master bedroom because of the design of the bath tub. They did replaced the shower head but that is not the issue. I think it will help to provide additional small towel to keep the water from flowing from the side of the bath tub to the floor.
