− No hand towels in the shared bathroom .

6.0Love allll the staff they were amazing amd super helpfull
− In the kitchen area the mugs in the cupboard and the jugs were dirty , no hot chocolates just coffee and no one had topped up the teas or sugars , ans no milk . Tv was okay but bit old-school

6.0Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Great food. Comfortable beds and spacious room. Very nice shared showers and kitchen. Lovely historical hotel.
