We loved the Desert Lodge, both for our stay and for the excellent cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner! We found the service to be excellent, and plenty of activities to keep you busy, including complimentary camel rides for sunset and sunrise. The opportunity to relax in the soft sand dunes of the Sahara was amazing! The tents are comfortable, clean and well decorated, we had an excellent stay at Merzouga Luxury Desert Lodge!

Simply Spectacular

This was a once in a lifetime experience. To be in the Sahara Desert, riding a camel, living overnight in a tent, under the spectacular starry skies. But Merzouga Luxury Camp takes this fantasy up a notch. With incredible service, gracious, kind, solicitous staff, who don't stop smiling, anticipating and accommodating your every whim. With gourmet food, elegantly presented. With drumming circles, and a roaring fire under the stars. The tent was cozy and comfortable, with down pillows and duvets. There was a palpable "energy" inside the tent. This place is a must! And as a side note -- my travel companion became ill overnight and was unable to travel the next day. They let us stay the extra night, and prepared meals for me, with no charge and no fuss. I've NEVER experienced such kindness and generosity from a travel provider. They really CARE for you there...on every level.

Desert Oasis

Amazing experience in the desert. We stayed at the smaller 5 tent camp and it was truly surrounded by sand dunes. The service and food was incredible, and we got to ride camels during sunset and sunrise for as long as we wanted. I highly suggest reaching out to the hotel to get a driver, as we took one from Marrakech, then stayed 2 nights, then went on to Fes. The driver was indispensable as we never would have found the camp, and he was able to drive us around during the day when it was too hot to stay at the camp. Note that there is no air conditioning or fans in the tent, and it was quite hot at night, but you're staying in the middle of the desert after all, and the experience was totally worth it. Highly recommend for a true adventure in Morocco.

You can get great experience in desert. Actually it is not cheap, but I think, enough to reasonable. Just, the staffs are too much friendly for me.
