− Limpeza razoável. Encontramos uma barata no nosso quarto.Cafe da manhã com poucas opções,principalmente de frutas.

− Atendimento na área da piscina/restaurante precisa melhorar para ficar no mesmo nível do hotel, principalmente na parte da manhã. Pedidos demorados, vindo por partes, chegava a bebida mas não vinha o copo, chegava a comida mas não vinha os talheres, cerveja demorava pra chegar (possibilidade de deixar balde na mesa ajuda). Coisas simples de ajustar mas que não desabonam a estadia e a experiência.

− Formigas entrando pela janela do banheiro. Cantora e repertório maravilhoso no jantar, porém o local inadequado que fez eco junto com o barulho de conversas dos hóspedes.
