- Ubicación: La localización del hotel es muy buena, estando muy cerca de numerosas calas preciosas (aunque las más inmediatas suelen estar bastante llenas). - El personal (lo mejor de la estancia): Queremos agradecer la buena atención de Marta en recepción. Pero, por encima de todo, queremos hacer una mención muy especial a Assili. Su atención durante toda nuestra estancia en Mallorca ha sido sencillamente espectacular; él marca la diferencia absoluta. Si no hubiera sido por su profesionalidad y trato, sinceramente no repetiríamos. Gracias a él nos llevamos un gran recuerdo de la isla.

− -Problemas de insectos y climatización: Tuvimos una plaga de hormigas en el dormitorio que tuvimos que reportar para que lo tuvieran en cuenta en la limpieza. Además, en dos ocasiones entraron cucarachas enormes; teniendo fobia, pasamos un rato realmente malo para sacarlas, especialmente porque teníamos todo cerrado y no sabíamos por dónde accedían. A esto se le sumó que solo funcionaba uno de los dos aires acondicionados del alojamiento. -Calidad del agua y detalles de la habitación: El agua de los grifos (tanto de la ducha como del fregadero) era extremadamente salada. Por otro lado, no teníamos cafetera al llegar y tuvimos que pedírsela a tres personas distintas hasta que nos la trajeron. -Servicio de toallas e imprevistos: Éramos tres personas y en un cambio de toallas nos dejaron solo dos. Entendemos perfectamente que fue un despiste humano que le puede pasar a cualquiera, pero no encontramos a nadie de limpieza a quien avisar y tuvimos que compartir toalla mojada. Además, regaron durante la noche o a primera mañana sin previo aviso y toda la ropa que teníamos tendida amaneció completamente empapada. -Gestión de la piscina: Es prácticamente imposible conseguir una hamaca. La gente las reserva a primera hora dejando la toalla y pasan horas sin aparecer. Debería haber un control o un tiempo límite de inasistencia (como en las bibliotecas) para evitar este incivismo.

Good location

− The room was worn down. Air con only worked in the bedroom. Morning of check out we found our clothes covered in bleach that had been hanging up to dry outside. Was told at reception they don’t use bleach products and spoke to the manager who said he would speak to house keeping. Was left over an hour waiting for a response. Left in the end as we had checked out. Poor response and disappointment on the last day of a holiday. The smell of bleach was so strong.
