10.0Ultra bien placé à quelques centaines de mètres de la station Hamamatsucho. C’est propre, le personnel est impeccable et il y a un combini à l’intérieur de l’hôtel

8.0Location was good, can use elevator/escalators from Hamamatsucho monorail and level ground all the way to hotel, no stairs required. Simple check-in with self-serve amenities. Room cleaning only when requested. H20 bottles replenished daily. Next door to Family Mart for snacks. Hotel kept extra luggage for 6 days as we were coming back for 2nd stay.
− Rooms were small-ish, cannot have open luggage on floor. Have to arrange luggage correctly for walking space. Wifi was spotty initially but was given an alternative router ID. Rather small seating space at reception while waiting.
