Good atmosphere and good location for us. The room was confortable. The best was the kindness of reception staff. May be we come back again

Great hotel but unfortunate situations during our stay

This is a really nice hotel with great breakfast. Unfortunately our stadig was very affected by two situations happening at the time of our stay. In Groningen they were hosting the red bull district race and all the athletes were staying at this hotel. Hence the hotel was very busy and we had to wait two hours to get our hotelroom. Also we did not get room cleaning, even though it said in their system that it was supposed to be there, when we made them aware of this in the reception. In addition, some of the rooms were being renovated during our stay, so we could hear drilling noises at 8 PM and again at 7.45 in the morning. There were no signs or information about this, which I think would have been a great way to handle it.

De lobby en poolen , pingpong en game was geweldig

− 1 lift is te weinig, verbouwingswerken, douche (geen deur veel water nadien) geen uitleg over airco waardoor te warm
