8.0Mi è piaciuta la vista panoramica sulla città, la camera spaziosa, il parcheggio comodo, la cordialità e simpatia della reception. La stanza ha tutti i comfort, si dorme bene, se il vicino di stanza tiene il volume delle televisione basso.
− Il buffet della cena e la colazione andrebbero curati un po' meglio. La qualità non era proprio impeccabile. Abbiamo atteso molto per avere da bere, ci son tanti camerieri (poco sorridenti), eravamo un po' in confusione. La posizione di piatti e tazze non è evidente.

7.0− El desayuno ha bajado la calidad, menos opciones, pedí aceitunas y respondieron que hace 3 dias que no habian, siendo que en Tacna hay muchas, el queque estaba recien sacado del refrigerador, helado.
Cumple, pero antes era mucho mejor.
6.0La limpieza y amabilidad del personal
− El desayuno (que antes venía incluido de por sí en el precio), ahora se paga aparte y realmente no vale la pena. Antes que no se cobraba y tenía más variedad. Estuve 2 días y en la parte de los dulces solo había queque de chocolate y galleta de chocolate ambos días, sin opción para gente alérgica o con otros gustos. La fruta y jugos ambos días los mismos. Solo había huevo revuelto, sin opción de huevo frito o huevo duro que es algo básico en un desayuno buffet. Los yogurt estaban en envases de vidrio sobre un plato sin ninguna cadena de refrigeración, expuestos desde las 06:00 am aprox que se sirve el desayuno hasta la 10:00 de la mañana, lo mismo sucede con el jamón y queso que se encuentran sobre un plato de vidrio en el mesón, sin refrigeración. El día lunes había salteado de pollo, del cual solo quedaban las cebollas y como eran hartas cebollas que quedaban en la fuente no reponían, ya que solo miraban por encima. Hubo que pedir también reposición de huevo revuelto el cual igual se demoró. No hay zona delimitada o algo para ir dejando los platos sucios que uno va ocupando, y tampoco los retiran, generando una acumulación innecesaria en la mesa y la incomodidad para comer cuando son muchas personas en la mesa. El martes en la noche hubo un karaoke en el hotel o cerca de sus instalaciones y a pesar de estar en un piso 8 se escuchaba muy fuerte impidiendo un buen descanso. Si no pueden garantizar una buena insonorización deberían incluir la opción de tapones de oído de cortesía para garantizar un mejor descanso.

− El desayuno era de poca variedad, bastante simple
A valid identity document must be presented at the time of registration. Foreign business guests who request a printed invoice are also required to pay 18% sales tax, regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This tax is not automatically included in the total amount of the reservation.
