Falta d'humanitat

− Normalment no acostumo a deixar males ressenyes però aquest allotjament no hauria ni d'existir. Primer de tot, al sopar, al interior del menjador estava ple de gossos del carrer (m'agraden els gossos però no menjant), un gos es va posar a cagar al costat de la nostra taula. Ens vam canviar de lloc però ja vam menjar a disgust. El pitjor va venir després, cap a les 9 del vespre (no era tard) el meu marit va tenir una urgència mèdica que requeria trucar ambulància. Vaig córrer cap a recepció, vaig cridar, vaig trucar el telèfon 100 vegades, vaig picar a la porta (em devien sentir des del poble del costat) simplement em van ignorar..sort que hi havia uns hostes que em van deixar el telèfon del país per trucar. Vaig movilitzar policia i ambulàncies i la senyora de l'allotjament només es va dignar a sortir quan va arribar l'ambulància per fer el xafarder. Vam marxar un dia abans i els hi vaig escriure demanant si ens tornaven els diners de la última nit, en total havíem estat unes 3h i havíem pagat 2 nits però no es van dignar ni a contestar.. si no arriba a ser per l'hoste que hi havia, no hauríem arribat a temps a l'hospital. Ni es van dignar a preguntar com estava. Molt molt molt decepcionats, si t'ha de passar alguna cosa, ja pots resar perquè aquí ningú mourà un dit per tu, siguis client no, hi ha una falta d'humanitat enorme.
