Beautiful, spacious, full of character

Beautiful old manor house full of antique treasures and art. Perfectly situated for walking everywhere in town. Gretwyn couldn't do enough for us, always with a smile... She's a real treasure.

− It was dark and very cold. Would probably be fine in summertime. There was a fire, but it was smoky. The electric blanket was very welcome!

Can’t think of a better place to stay in the lovely town of Tulbagh.

Everything! The location is great. The house is superb. The staff are wonderful. Excellent breakfast around the kitchen table - it feels like being part of the family.

− We were passed off to a different host at a different accomodation venue without being properly told what was going on. Paid for accomodation we never received.
