I truly relaxed felt safe
10.0The Yonge man was very kind and helpful took my luggage up the stairs and lent me the phone charger.

Great location and contact before, once there hard to get a hold of someone,.
5.0Location and ease of entry and accommodations was amazing.
− The toilet broke in the middle of the night and I had no way to contact staff. I messaged on here and they said to contact the front desk but no one mans the front desk in the middle of the night. There is also no phone number or action plan in the room to let me know who to contact in case of urgency.
Convenient location. Good value for short stay
7.0Floor and room were clean when we arrived. Coffee machine had many options to choose from and the quality of coffee was good. Coffee cups were replenished every morning without asking or waiting. Air conditioning was in good condition and comfortable.
− We stayed for two nights. Only the garbage can in the living room were emptied but not the one in the bathroom wasn’t. Just a single chair in the room! 🙁 There should have been two chairs for a two persons Queen bed room

More like a motel than a hotel.
5.0the location was good and the building is well maintained
− this looks more like a motel than a hotel, the reception is just a counter, no staff most of the time, staff were not friendly or nice, did not even say good morning etc., the family running the hotel apparently lives there with kids around, .... overall not a hotel like feeling.
