8.0Té aparcament just a davant i això, a Itàlia, és un plus. I també un petit esmorzar. Realment és una opció còmode per moure's per la zona.

10.0It was close to La Spezia with free parking, breakfast included, free coffee and tee during the day as well with a nice balcony. The room was bigger as expected with a beautiful view. The bathroom was shared, but really clean with shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. They changed also towel every day, even if it was not needed. The personnel was really friendly and the owner recommended us places to visit and also restaurants were to eat. We would choose this place again and hopefully we will return here one day 😊
