Não me hospedei os ar-condicionado tudo sem manutenção não funcionava cheiro de mofo banheira interditada aspecto de sujo. Estava me recuperando de uma pneumonia e jamais poderia ter recaída e se ficasse teria paredes levando sol e fui orientado solicitar o estorno na segunda-feira e tive o maior problema. Em fim jamais iria novamente

Nada. honestamente nada agradou. O Hotel está precisando de uma reformulação de equipe. Funcionários não conseguem dar assistencia necessária, inclusive informando que o proprietário está sempre viajando e deixando toda a sistemática com eles. Visivelmente vemos funcionários cansados, salvo raras exceções. Limpeza com total desleixo, no quarto logo na chegada percebi que o chão estava encardido, as mesas sempre sujas dando insatisfação de sentar para comer, problemas com ar condicionado (segundo pessoas do local, é um problema SEMPRE presente), 1 casal com criança pequena não teve a solicitação atendida para conserto do ar, sendo sugerido que eles ficassem sem ar condicionado pagando o mesmo valor. Não havendo movimento para ajustes. Por outro lado, quem brigava e cobrava de maneira mais efusiva eles buscavam os ajustes, porém após muitos desgastes. Falta de alimentos no café da manhã, frutas ruins, ainda maduras, faltando tudo o tempo todo. Quando solicitávamos o serviço do garçom, já logo vamos levantando para fazer por ele. desde abrir coco à limpeza de mesas. Não recomendo.

Hotel bello e sulla spiaggia ; ottimo per chi come me era interessato a fare kite surf nei dintorni del litorale - Ottimo anche per chi ha famiglia e bambini visto che all interno della struttura c'e un mini parco giochi adatto per i più piccoli .Personale molto simpatico e disponibile ottima la qualità' del cibi nel ristorante interno . Un personale e caloroso ringraziamento al Sig FRANZ molto gentile e SEMPRE disponibile per ogni necessita' . Ci ritornerò' sicuramente

− La grande piscina esistente all esterno nella zona comune meriterebbe una ristrutturazione compresi anche i lettini e gli ombrelloni adiacenti .
