Bellísimo lugar con decepcionante servicio de hoteleria.

Hermosas y cómodas instalaciones. Hermosas vistas. Un gran lugar para descansar.

− Calidad de atención en Recepción pésima. No nos ayudaron con las maletas, ni al llegar ni al salir, a pesar de haberlo solicitado. El hotel está en un cerro y hay que subir y bajar escalas y caminos de piedras mojadas por la lluvia. Además, no nos explicaron sobre las instalaciones y sus posibilidades; no sabían otro idioma que no fuera Portugués, y su habla era muy difícil de entender. Mala atención en restaurante. No había posibilidad de preparación de platos, no habían más que 2 o 3 vinos; y solo 2 postres. El menú que entregan en la mesa no es posible degustarlo porque no hay preparación de ello. Contaban con algunos ingredientes y con esos podían preparar 2 o 3 platos. Por lo tanto, comimos lo que había; y fue sabroso. En el Desayuno no había yogurt, había solo un tipo de leche; no había variedad de frutas; no había variedad de pan. En las habitaciones permiten fumar, eso provocó que antes de las 7:00 hubiese fuerte olor a marihuana, todos los días, y esto también se producía en las noches. Había fumadores de puros y de cigarros negros cerca de la habitación. En síntesis, no se ocupan de brindar un servicio acorde al precio y a lo ofertado por escrito y en sus fotos, como Hotel 4 estrellas, y el personal entrega un servicio desastroso para un lugar de instalaciones y vistas excepcionales.
