8.0I enjoyed the excellent location and the rates. Unfortunately, after many many years in business the one story building is being torn down very very soon and a new multi story building will be erected...possibly as condos..not sure.

2.0Property outlived its life expectancy with no investment in improving and maintaining rooms and bathrooms. The best feature is the location is next to the beach, but I would not stay there again given how outdated the rooms and bathrooms are.

10.0It’s over guys! Spoke to Juan the property is sold will be demolished and they are sadly building condos in this amazing piece of paradise! So many years of great beach, wonderful staff and such an amazing getaway like you are not in Florida whatsoever, but only somewhere in the Caribbean ! I could see why Richard Nixon had a home in Key Biscayne!

10.0Silver sands is a quaint, nostalgic property that sits right on the beach. We are so fortunate to have stayed there, rumor is it has been sold. It will be torn down and the old Florida charm will be replaced by a more expensive high rise, sad.
