Gut für die Biennale in Venedig.
9.0Das Apartment ist perfekt zentral gelegen und sehr ruhig. Die Stufen lohnen den Ausblick vom Balkon. Die Begrüßung und Kommunikation war sehr gut und hilfreich.

10.0El apartamento esta muy grande con una sala cocina con ventanas de ambos lados. La ubicación cerca de la plaza San Marco esta perfecta. La cocina tiene de todo. Los anfitriones lo tienen todo pensado y ayudan un monton.
− La habitación da una calle animada con lo cual nos tocó finalmente dormir con la ventana cerrada. El sistema no permite dejar cargar algo mientras de vas del piso, la luz se cierra al salir del apartamento.

10.0Autentisches Wohnen mitten in Venedig, in einer komplett ausgestatteten Wohnung mit sehr bequemen Betten. Es gibt einen Wasserkocher, Toaster, Sandwichtoaster, Mikrowelle, normale Kaffeemaschine, Kapselmaschine, Sodastreamer, Gasherd und extra Backofen, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett. Deutsche TV Programme, 2 Klimaanlagen und 2 mobile Klimageräte, Kaffee, Tee und Zucker für die ersten Tage, Shampoo, Seife, Zahnbürsten, Klopapier. Es ist alles da, was man zumindest für die ersten Tage benötigt. Wir wurden vorab kontaktiert, um die Ankunft zu planen und das hat reibungslos geklappt. Carla hat uns vor der Haustür empfangen, uns alles gezeigt und unsere Fragen beantwortet. Während des Aufenthaltes steht sie auch jederzeit für Rückfragen zur Verfügung. Sie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie spricht englisch. Die Wohnung ist zu Fuß 5 Minuten vom nächsten Vaporetto und 5 Minuten vom Markusplatz entfernt, vom Balkon aus hat man einen Blick über die unzähligen Dächer von Venedig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Und ja, es sind viele Stufen bis zur Wohnung, das steht aber auch schon in der Wohnungsbeschreibung. 3. Stock kein Lift. Sich anschließend darüber zu beschweren, ist mehr als ungerecht. Ach ja, im Gegensatz zum Hausflur ist die Wohnung sehr sauber und gepflegt, also nicht erschrecken.

A surcharge of 50 € applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying
the surcharge, is 21:00.It is absolutely forbidden to light candles.
Please note, the apartment is located on the third floor of a building with no lift. It is accessed via 70 steps.
Guests are responsible for keeping their keys safe during their stay. If keys are forgotten inside the apartment or accidentally locked out, a €50 fee will be charged for emergency assistance. Assistance is available from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Outside of these hours, service is not guaranteed. Lost keys will incur the cost of replacing the lock and a complete set of keys.
The apartment does not provide food. We provide linens, towels, and courtesy sets. All everyday items must be purchased or brought by the GuestGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
