Rome at its finest!
10.0Came for my honeymoon and the hotel is in a great location! Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough where everything feels accessible. What really stood out the most was the staff. Sadly, the hotel experienced some disruption with the HVAC in several rooms were were assigned to but the staff went out of their way to take care of us. There were so many people who were instrumental in this and I'd particularly like to call out Jeffer (who checked us in), Mahamadou (bellman), Fillipo John (from rooftop restaurant, and several members of the reception desk - Simona, Ali, Diego, Mylo and Genvea. All helped to make this stay special. Would highly recommend to others visiting Rome!
Just okay
6.0We were a little disappointed with this hotel. It was quite possibly the most uncomfortable hotel bed that I’ve ever slept on. Location is okay. Breakfast was excellent.
Terrible stay!
2.0The walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything from outside! The rooms are small and the phone did not work. The TV was glitchy, very disappointing stay at a Hyatt property. We will not stay here again!
Excellent stay, highly recommend.
10.0My family of 4 stayed for 2 nights upon our arrival in Rome. We really enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend. Clean rooms, pleasant and helpful staff, and delicious breakfast each morning! We found our stay to be excellent.
Soggiorno piacevole, c'entro
8.0Colazione ricca con ampia scelta dolce e salato, buonissime le torte. Personale gentile. Ottima posizione, camera moderna ad un piano alto con vista sul parco. Terrazza panoramica splendida.
− Perfetta così
Great stay at The Tribune
10.0The staff were absolutely wonderful — friendly, welcoming, and very efficient. The room was spotless and well maintained, and the breakfast buffet offered a great selection of fresh, delicious options. The Tribune was a 15-20 minute walk or ride to all sights, very well located for what we wanted to do and see. Room 202 was quite small — a tight fit for my 6'4" husband. We would have appreciated a bit more coffee, sugar, and cream in the room, as well as an iron and ironing board being standard amenities (although one was delivered promptly when we requested it, so no inconvenience there). The pillows were quite flat and firm, and the bed itself was firmer than expected. There was also a noticeable ridge where the two mattresses met in the middle, it was not one seamless mattress. This was a bit surprising, as we’ve consistently found beds at Hyatt properties to be especially comfortable. Absolutely go to Ristorante Il Fellini, just 4 blocks away...nice atmosphere, the pork shank is truly amazing as were all the other entrees, and the staff provided excellent service and was very friendly. We would absolutely return to the Tribune.
