6.0Customer service from reception was great. It is more suited to transit travellers or people who need to be well located to different locations for transport options. Well situated for airport.
− Location, a lot of noise, no one seemed to be around at rooftop bar or pool. It was basically on a motorway. It is undergoing refurbishment.

Accessible close to the airport good for short stay
8.0We liked that 24 hours and they were able to accommodate. Their breakfast is mostly Indonesia which was really good I love their sausage and cold salads chiches soup was nice .They have an elevator which came in handy with a baby. It was accessible and closer to amenities especially the airport.

10.0Super kind staff, helped me with everything I need. I had an injury and they were so friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean and good water pressure in the shower. Bed was also very comfortable
− The menu has limited vegetarian options stated on there - however this wasn’t an issue as they could make things vegetarian on request

A prepayment deposit is required to secure your reservation. Payment using Visa/MasterCard will processed by DOKU, an internet payment gateway in Indonesia. The property will contact you after you book for any other instructions.
