− Can hear the guest in room above moving about and on their phone late at night. Possibly due inconsideration than no noise insulation on floor.

− Breakfast could be improved. Price is high in absolute terms but ok relatively to other options in Bermuda.
The hotel was stylish, spacious and immaculately clean
10.0Stylish, spacious, immaculately clean, the staff were very polite and attentive. Very close to the front and bus terminal. Happy hour between 5pm and 6pm was a novel and appreciated addition. You can also use the pool at their sister hotel, the Royal Plaza, only 8 minutes walk away.
− The continental breakfast could have had a bit more variety, it was the same every day. This didn’t detract from our wonderful stay.
