Pros 1. Vicinity to BTS Skytrain which is just 5 mins away from Phloen Chit Station, surrounded by tourist-centric zone 2. Friendly and attentive Myammar host which able to communicate in great English, any matters just approached her will do 3. Most of the facilities are complimentary to use including open kitchen, refrigerator and washing machine even unlimited free snacks 4. Electronics keypad locks without needed to carry keycard whole time 5. Smart TV with strong Wifi signal 6. No deposit required 7. Magnificent rooftop views
− Cons 1. Extremely steep staircases, not elderly friendly 2. No amenities provided such as tissue and dental kit 3. Shared bathroom and limited toilet but hygiene maintained 4. Housekeeping upon request
