9.0The location was perfect for what we wanted to do/ see. Every member of staff was very helpful, polite , friendly, professional and went out of their way to give assistance- the reception staff/ breakfast staff were superb. The lead receptionist ( we didn’t catch her name) really set the tone and standard of the hotel and Olivia in the breakfast room with her team provide a very nice complimentary breakfast. The Den room we stayed in was absolutely spotless- well done to the housekeeping team too.
− Absolutely nothing to dislike. A thought ….. maybe have a way of asking guests if they need towels/ linen changed every day, as we didn’t require this for a 3 day stay.
Sehr gut geführtes Hotel im Herzen von Manhattan
10.0Wir waren 3 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Zimmer 10005. Bereits bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt. Der Check-In verlief reibungslos. Das Zimmer verfügte über zwei Queensize-Betten sowie eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank. Das Badezimmer ausgestattet mit einer Badewanne war sehr sauber. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch das Frühstücks-Buffett. Besonders erwähnenswert sind die sehr freundlichen und fleißigen Mitarbeiterinnen am Empfang, in der Frühstückslounge (Olivia und Carlos) und beim Housekeeping. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, um Manhattan zu erkunden.
