Great location but the deposit details and room cleanliness need improvement
4.0The location is very convenient. The MRTs and shopping mall are nearby the hotel. The staff on the check-in date was very nice to give us the details for payment.
− The deposit payment in a certain amount is required if you choose to pay via booking application instead of pay at the hotel and we found out on the arrival date. The restroom section is mixing with the bedroom and it could bring more humidity and a mold on the door edge.

8.0The property was clean, with comfortable beds and a beautiful pool. The staff were also friendly and helpful.
− The rooms are a bit small. We had 2 rooms, a twin room and a loft room. The twin room was better than the loft room. It was difficult to access the loft room bed - especially if someone is already in the bed and you need to climb over them.
