− Dando el beneficio de la duda por el volumen de habitaciones,las zonas comunes estaban sucias, mi habitación con pelos, restos de papel e inquilinos en la habitación (moscas y hormigas en la cama subo una muestra de los cadáveres ) que tuve que desalojar ( vale que es verano, pero se vende como 4 estrellas superior…) Amenities ausentes salvo botes anclados ( ni pasta de dientes)

6.0− Durante la noche, alrededor de las 3:00 de la madrugada, mi hija comenzó a encontrarse muy mal y sufrió varios vómitos, lo que provocó que se ensuciara la habitación. Acudimos inmediatamente a recepción para solicitar ayuda, pero el recepcionista nos informó de que no podía hacer nada porque no había servicio de limpieza disponible durante la noche. Tuvimos que pedir sábanas limpias, que además tardaron un tiempo en facilitarnos, para cambiar nosotros mismos la cama. Posteriormente, mi marido solicitó una fregona para poder limpiar la habitación, que finalmente nos llevó un miembro del personal de seguridad tras un rato de espera. Considero que un hotel de estas dimensiones y capacidad de alojamiento debería disponer de un servicio mínimo de limpieza durante el turno de noche para atender este tipo de situaciones imprevistas. En un establecimiento de esta categoría, no es razonable que sean los propios huéspedes quienes tengan que encargarse de la limpieza de la habitación en circunstancias como estas. Esta situación nos causó un importante malestar en un momento especialmente complicado y considero que la atención recibida estuvo muy por debajo de lo que cabría esperar.

8.0Piscina exterior.con actividades Espectaculos nocturnos para todos los públicos. Habitaciones grandes y espaciosas. Sobretodo me gustó el trato humano del personal
