Had a good, comfortable stay. The only suggestion is may be they can add a few more entertainment options. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay, as expected.

I stayed at perch Arbor suites for my corporate trip and staff was very professional,room size was good, cleanliness was up to mark, therefore my overall experience was amazing.

The location

− During checkout we showed the team how the mattress had a huge tear and gap that was covered up making the bed uncomfortable. The team then helped us move our luggage to the taxi. They asked us to pay and we did as requested. Half an hour later we get a call saying some glass (either a tumbler) or a glass sheet covering some table was broken and we would be charged for it. Neither were they clear of the damage, nor do we understand how can this be billed on us when they helped us check out. Felt like a scam. My mother used to stay in this place regularly during her gurgaon visits. Obviously that isn't going to happen anymore.
