We enjoyed our stay. The owner was quite friendly and the room was clean. A nice setup in a common area with a Keurig and a mini fridge. It is setup so that you have the use of a room and a private bath at one end of the house and then there is a second rental room which wasn't occupied when we stayed. Our room didn't have a TV but we had Netflix on our laptop and WIFI is provided.
