9.0Good sized room. Friendly welcome from Sabrina who was very helpful during our stay. Plenty of safe parking. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Very good breakfast. Easy access off the main roads. Short drive into Arezzo.

10.0La proprietaria e il marito sono molto accoglienti, gentili e disponibili. L'ambiente perfetto per le nostre esigenze dato che è fuori dal caos ma vicino a tutto quello che serve come locali e discount. L'appartamento pulito e ben organizzato. La piscina offre un punto relax essenziale che ho molto apprezzato per rinfrescarmi e riposarmi.
