Great utility
10.0Amazing utilities and service, it’s great choice for this time of my Japan travel . I will revisit this hotel in future. We enjoy perfect Kaiseki Ryori at night and next morning on private room with fully English commentary.

Excellent trip, we visit again in the future
10.0High privacy hotel, six rooms only, although our room no Osen but they a private room Osen which we can use when it’s vacancy without reserves. The public Osen always only occupied by me not crowded of people. Dinner and breakfast also excellent we have a private room to having it. We arrived the bus stop at 12:30pm which was earlier than the shuttle bus pick up time, but they specially arranged to pickup us , so we also have a earlier check in, thanks a lot.
