My stay was ok I enjoyed my room but the breakfast was not it. It was very mediocre and people lied in the reviews about

− However, the spread on the pullout bed was raggedy and super thin. The towels had an old man smell to them and there was hair in the tub that we just flushed down the drain because I didnt have the energy to contact the front desk because the receptionist act like I was a bother to her. Lets talk about that weird undercooked breakfast. They had turkey patties which was very undercooked and dry at the same time, and what appeared to be boxed eggs and hard bagels and apple and cherry turnovers that barely had filling on the inside and I went down at 7:50 and they barely had any oatmeal left when breakfast is over at 9:30, I want to say. Do a better job on the breakfast please. I expected better from this hotel its inevitable that ppl are lying in the reviews must be paid actors because why did you all lie and hype the breakfast up like that? Just why? That really pissed me off. Stop lying and give an honest review! The children were running also which also was annoying, like control your children! Take them to a park or something!

Dirty and the staff wasn’t friendly.

− It was dirty and my room smelled bad. There was an overflowing garbage can and a pile of dirty bedding near the elevator for almost an entire day. It sat there til I alerted the front desk. There was a blood stain on my bedding.
Bed Bugs - Just Say No!
2.0I would just say "no" to this property. We found a live bed bug in the bed crawling on my husband our last night there after 8 nights in the hotel. We then noticed that he had bug bites on him that appeared to be bed bug bites. After reaching out to the property, they said all they could do is credit us for 1 night. I am a Marriott loyalist and have stayed in other properties AFTER this incident but will NEVER stay in this property again. Especially given their nonchalant response to our report of bed bugs. And I asked if they would reimburse us for cleaning the suitcases of clothing and our bags, we were told to go to the laundromat and place the items in the dryer on high heat to kill any bed bugs you might have brought home. So given their response and their lack of desire to "make this right", I felt the need to move forward with this review. Note the pics below. But I do have video of the room with the same items on the nightstand proving this is the hotel and room we stayed in if you need further proof this is their hotel.
