− No water refill in the room, no minibar, no sleepers, no amenities. Really unacceptable for 400 pounds per night

Awful housekeeping
1.0Good location. Friendly reception staff
− We stayed three nights there and went out each day. Despite leaving the “service room” button on every time we were out the room Servicing’s just didn’t happen properly. On the second day we spoke to reception who said they would send housekeeping straight away. Housekeeping emptied the bin and left extra towels but didn’t make beds, restock tea/coffee or wash up used mugs and glasses. The next evening someone obviously came in but didn’t nothing but leave another huge range of towels. We ended up with more than ten. Someone clearly isn’t doing their job properly and neither is the person who supervises them. Extreme disappointment will not use this hotel chain ever again. Feel like asking for a partial refund. Such a shame as great location but having your room cleaned is surely an absolute basic
